The Beartone Concept

A guitar that creates its own identity from a collage of features from the best loved 1950's guitars. The Beartone has a satisfying, out of the ordinary, vintage look and feel. The collage design is by Ron Barker.

Bear Necessities

The Beartone is a semi-hollow "thin line" de-luxe guitar based on the Fender "Telecaster" structure. The neck profile is more like Gibson (or even ESP). The headstock is half-slotted for "easy reach tuning".

The jack-socket is on the top but reversed so that the lead can run under your shoulder strap for stage performance. Where a Bigsby is fitted the jack-socket is on the side.

The "Stratobear" is a solid-body guitar with three pickups and a Bigsby Vibrato.
